Description

Inspired by tropical getaways, the Retreat Raffia End Table is a mixture of organic materials in a laid-back and versatile design. The table combines maple veneers, raffia, rope, and tempered glass with a painted raffia top and bottom shelf in a Seagrass Green finish, a glass-top insert, and rope accents. The frame and legs of the table are finished in the sand-colored Dune, transparent by design to reveal the unique grain patterns of the wood veneer. The retreat is crafted with flat-cut cathedral oak veneers and is characterized by two distinct finishes. Each finish is transparent by design to showcase the unique grain patterns of the veneer. Dune is light as sand and smooth as a shore after a receding tide. The second finish, Black Sand, was inspired by the black silk sands found on the shorelines of exotic beaches in Maui and Tahiti. Inspired by serene, tropical resort destinations that offer an escape from the pressures of modern life, Retreat is designed to help consumers replicate these peaceful and tranquil environments within their homes. The collection can be curated into two distinct personalities: Island Oasis and Modern Zen. Island Oasis intermingles both finishes, creating a tropical retreat-inspired vibe accentuated with organic details such as rope, cane, travertine, and woven accents. Highlights include a dramatic pole-cane-inspired poster bed, island-influenced dining pieces, and several upholstered accent pieces using printed and woven textiles and soft sage-toned leather. A few pops of accent finishes called Seagrass and Lagoon can be found on select pieces, enhancing the tropical mood of the collection. Modern Zen delivers a tranquil personality with a contemporary twist that showcases the Dune finish, which is enhanced with accent items in Black Sand. Several pieces incorporate woven cane, dramatic split bamboo-inspired accents, as well as travertine stone. Highlights include a woven cane panel bed with clean modern lines and a variety of case pieces featuring geometric patterns and spa-inspired accents. Upholstered stationary and accent seating—available in sage and caramel tone leathers—complete the Zen narrative. Adding the finishing touch, the collection’s hardware is custom-designed to match each personality. Look for reed-inspired designs in Island Oasis and gently textured designs in Modern Zen. Products requiring extensive assembly may not be included in this quote. For additional inquiries please reach out to us directly.Your White Glove delivery will include: Visual inspection of package prior to delivery, appointment scheduling, a 30-minute call ahead by your delivery specialists, a two-level walk up, placement of your furniture into your "room of choice", unpacking, light assembly (up to 30 minutes) and full packaging removal.

You will receive a call 2-3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm your 4-hour delivery window.

If you need to adjust your scheduled delivery date, please call us no later than 24 hours from your scheduled delivery date between 7:00AM and 7:00PM PST Monday through Friday to reschedule. Otherwise, additional fees may apply.

Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the factory.

When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary. In addition, if you elect to use our Premium White Glove Delivery Service (see below) you will be required to make an appointment for delivery.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 30 days after you receive your order by emailing support@rossifurniture.com— we'll then coordinate a pick up, ship the product back and, once it's received by us in good condition, issue you a refund.

Return requests must be received within 30 days after delivery.

Upon receipt of your request, all information will be reviewed and further instruction will be provided upon issuance of the request. Any merchandise received for return or exchange must be in 100% brand new, factory sealed condition, with all original packaging and contents intact.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging. The item must be returned with all of its parts, instructions, and accessories.

A refund will be processed after the items have been received in the warehouse and investigated.

Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses. sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will be affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect.

In Case of Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be reported immediately. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. Restocking fee does not apply to Non-Furniture Items as defined above

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
